Campus Summary
Nestled at the foot of Pikes Peak in Colorado Springs, Pikes Peak Community College is a two-year public school that has been offering classes since the fall of 1969. PPCC is a comprehensive community college with approximately 16,000 students annually that offers opportunities to prepare for a career, earn credit for transfer to a four-year college or university or to learn for personal enrichment. PPCC is fully accredited by the Higher Learning Commission and is a member of the North Central Association. The motivating spirit of Pikes Peak Community College is a commitment to excellence. Through leadership, planning, and a spirit of optimism, we aspire to be an exemplary learning community. Our focus is on the individual student, the institutional family, and the community we serve. Unique Programs
Specialized programs include the Integrated Circuit Fabrication (IC Fab), the Multimedia Instructional Design (MID) Center, The Cisco Academy, The Pikes Peak Regional Law Enforcement Academy, and The Deaf Prep Program as well as course offerings through the School Partnership Program (postsecondary options for high school students).
